hey guess what! it's my birthday!

well, Thursday it is.

someone come visit so i don't have to spend it alone.... i wanna have a party but i can't cuz i don't have the space for it... and i'm only turning 20

i'm finally not going to be a teenager. tho 20 is still NOT 21... so i can't go to any clubs here. which is L-A-M-E!!!!!!!!!

haha so yea. i'll be spending this momentous occasion alone at home... like last year... cuzzzzz well, my birthday is too late in the summer, so everyone is moved back into school by the time my birthday hits... which sucks, cuz then no one's around to party.

well kids, it's that time of year... Pride month is here.

all over the country, cities are having their parades and such, and everyone's having loads of fun.

chicago's Pride Parade is June 29th... I'll be there, so if you are going look for me :D

Monday June 9th was "Gay Day" at Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, IL... a fun time had by all despite the rainy day...

well kids, it's official, summer is here in chicagoland. it's about 68 degrees, sunny, and just a slight breeze. so, i'm happy.

i can't write too much right now, i've only got 20 minutes or so to get ready to go to work [yes I have a job... lol and no, it's not as a stripper. or a hooker. i work for a grocery/drug store]

umm, upcoming events? my parents return from Florida tomorrow, apparently i am to visit South Beach... they said I'd like it. leave it to my Dads to go on vacation without me [in their defense it was their 18th anniversary, so IDK if I would have wanted to be there] umm, i have ONE more final and then i'm done for the year w00t w00t.

Oh, everyone should come out for Brent Corrigan in Chicago, he's gonna be here may 23rd thru the 25th {?} see his blog for the info... it'll be a fun time. ummmmmm what else....?

I can't really think of anything right now, so I'm gonna sign off and head out to work...

So it's May... and it's about 70 degrees here... so it's officially time to prepare for summer...

this summer is MY summer... last year i worked 9-5 monday thru friday and never did anything on the weekends because I was so fcuking tired... this summer... I'm doing whatever the fuck I want because I earned that right.

So here are my two favorite choices:

it is SO nice out today. it's 68 degrees, partly cloud, a nice breeze... perfect.

it's too bad there is a huge storm coming. i hope it passes us up, cuz I can't afford for it to rain.

so, we're getting our kitchen and den redone, and the whole house is being painted.... omg it is sooooo stressful. not having a kitchen sucks, but it's only made worse by the fact my whole house is completely dismantled so that nothing is available.

it's gonna be really nice when it's finished.... granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, it's gonna be amazing! ahhh i can't wait!

Well, this is the first post!

not much to say tonight, i'm really tired and i'm heading to bed soon but I figured i'd write a little bit before then....

School's out in 2 weeks... i'm half looking forward to it but part of me is kinda scared because I don't know what's going to happen after that... i've never been the master of planning but i haven't even thought about it until recently...

hmmm... what else? oh. yea.
